I have been trying to get motivated all day! I am good at math but it isn't my favorite subject by any means. After I finished my math lesson I was feeling lethargic. So I made this great smoothie:
About 3/4 Cup Canned No sugar added crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
half of an peeled orange
1 Gogurt (yogurt in a portable tube) banana split flavor
6 ice cubes
squirt of honey
I roughly blend the pineapple and juice with my ice cubes first then I add all the other stuff and blend until smooth. As one of my favorite food network foodies Rachel Ray would say "Yum-O!"
(I removed the imitation rum flavor because I thought it didn't quite work in this smoothie but feel free to add it in if you want!)
